Define workstreams and assign owners
Distil your vision into an overarching compelling message to increase buy-in and ensure consistency
Define success, outline milestones, and hone in on your outcomes

This is where we begin to put our plan into action in a way that is authentic to your organization and focused on sustainability.

Develop initial concepts and test the ideas we've designed
Learn, adapt, and refine for maximum impact
Leverage opportunities for integration into how you already operate because behavior change is hard, so lets make it as easy as we can.
